This is David Thomas, a weird guy from a band called Pere Ubu.
Rockets from the Tomb were an
inovative pre-punk band. Thomas wrote Sonic
Reducer, a song made famous by the Dead Boys.
After
finishing off quite a few beers, he pulled out his flask. He enjoyed taking naps
between numbers.

 That's Cheetah Chrome, an original member of RFTT who went on to become famous with the Dead boys. |
